Two reward tracks that follow your account
Welcome and recurring offers start from an action you take now: a deposit, a spin, a ticket. VIP and referral rewards work on a longer track. VIP status grows with account activity and unlocks benefits by level, and the referral reward published for Singapore increases with VIP tier; the current referral terms decide which tier applies to a given referral. Neither depends on entering a promo code. Progress and the conditions attached to your level are shown in the account area.
That difference changes how to read them. A deposit offer can be judged on one card. A status reward has to be judged over weeks: what you play anyway, what that earns, and what the tier actually returns.
Target Progress points and the tier ladder
PLAYDASH tracks VIP progress in Target Progress points. The published Singapore thresholds for the first levels are:

Above Bronze, the referral table names Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Infinity and Signature. Their point thresholds are not published, and neither is the exact rate at which play converts into points. What is published is the principle: status grows with account activity, so points come from playing, not from a separate purchase. Entry I and Entry II are both listed at 2,500 points; the published text does not explain what separates them, so check the account area for how your level is shown.
What higher tiers can unlock
The Singapore bonus page lists these benefits:
- Daily Rakeback of up to 1%;
- Weekly Cashback of up to 5%;
- cashback capped at the current Singapore VIP limit;
- a personal VIP manager.
"Can include" and "up to" are doing real work here: benefits depend on level, and the top percentages are ceilings, not what every tier receives. Another PLAYDASH description of the VIP programme adds that higher tiers can bring a daily rebate without wagering, birthday rewards and personalised offers, and that some tiers unlock priority withdrawal processing and higher limits. Treat those as possible benefits to confirm for your level, not as guaranteed features of every tier.
Rakeback and cashback are calculated differently
Both return a percentage, but on different schedules and bases.
Daily Rakeback (up to 1%) is a daily return linked to your play. One PLAYDASH description of the daily rebate says it carries no wagering; check the conditions for your level to confirm.
Weekly Cashback (up to 5%) is calculated once a week. One PLAYDASH description defines cashback as a return on qualifying turnover rather than a deposit match. The Singapore page caps it at "the current Singapore VIP limit" but publishes no amount for that limit.
Worked illustration, invented figures. IF your level paid 1% daily rakeback and your qualifying play on one day were SGD 400, the rakeback would be SGD 4. IF your level paid 5% weekly cashback on a qualifying base of SGD 300, the cashback would be SGD 15, unless the Singapore VIP cap were lower. Two things decide the real amount: your tier's actual percentage, which may be lower than the maximum, and what your VIP terms count as the qualifying base. Neither is a reason to play more; rakeback and cashback return a small part of what was already wagered.
When status rewards are credited
The published Singapore material does not state the exact time of day rakeback is credited, the day of the week cashback is calculated, or whether either must be claimed manually. PLAYDASH describes many of its rewards as credited automatically once conditions are met or activated with a single click, so check your account area for how your level's rewards appear and whether there is a claim button or a claim window. If a reward you expected does not appear, a screenshot of your VIP status and the period in question gives support what it needs to look into it.
The Singapore referral table
Referral rewards increase as VIP status rises. The Singapore bonus page publishes this table:

The dash for Bronze means no referral bonus is listed at that tier. The amounts are the published Singapore values for the referring player's tier.
Following one referral through its stages
Eligibility of the referrer. The amount depends on your tier. On the Singapore table, a player at Bronze has no listed referral bonus; Silver is the first tier with an amount.
Eligibility of the friend. The invited player must be genuinely new. PLAYDASH's one-player-one-account rule treats matching IP addresses, devices or payment methods as possible signs of duplicate profiles, and that can remove bonus eligibility. If you and the friend share a device or a network for a legitimate reason, raise it with support before the friend registers.
Activation and claim. There is no standard promo code for a referral. You, the existing player, request the reward through Live Chat within one day of the friend's registration. Because the window is short, note the time your friend registers and contact Live Chat the same day.
Qualifying action. The friend must make the qualifying deposit required by the Singapore terms. The amount of that deposit is not published on the Singapore page; ask Live Chat when you make the request.
Settlement. The referral bonus is subject to x1 turnover. IF you held Silver and the referral paid SGD 50, SGD 50 of eligible bets would complete it; at Gold, SGD 100. Which bets are eligible is set by the referral terms.
What the Singapore terms leave unstated
Several details are not published for Singapore, and this guide does not supply them from elsewhere:
- the minimum qualifying deposit the friend must make;
- whether there is a limit on the number of referrals or on total referral rewards;
- the monetary amount of the Singapore VIP cashback cap;
- the point thresholds for tiers above Bronze.
Another PLAYDASH description of the referral programme is written in a different currency, structures the table differently and sets a qualifying deposit and an overall cap. Keeping records of status rewards
Status rewards accumulate over time, so a short record helps if something does not appear as expected:
- a screenshot of your VIP level and Target Progress when you reach a new tier;
- for each referral, the friend's registration time, the time you contacted Live Chat and the chat reference;
- the rakeback or cashback amounts credited, and the period they cover.
Never include a password or one-time code in a screenshot or message.
Status rewards and responsible play
Points come from play, so a tier is a record of how much you have wagered, not an achievement to chase. Playing more to reach the next level, or to collect a higher cashback percentage, means spending more to receive a fraction of it back. Referral rewards deserve the same care: inviting a friend means encouraging another person to gamble, and the friend should decide for themselves, with their own budget. Deciding whether status rewards matter to you
